Here are some pictures taken from random spots during one of my many bike rides to work/school. They are, for the most part, in chronological order.
While looking them over, you will see a Northern German "hill" that I struggle up on my way home, a nice sunrise over an expansive cornfield, some frozen things, me not trying to drop my camera, the most bumpy, uncomfortable road I've ever biked on, the city I work in, and my school!
So now, when I write that I struggled through another day of biking to and from work, you can imagine me laboring through these photos on my stylish lady's bicycle.

Today (well, tonight for me) is the Super Bowl! It starts at 6 PM on the East Coast, which means that it starts at 3 PM on the West Coast, which means that it starts more or less at midnight for me. But naturally that's not going to stop me. I'll be faithfully watching on the internet from my little corner of the world.

Holy Cow - It looks damn cold over there around Bremen! I like the sunrise picture, and the one that looks like it was shot along an old country road. Pretty Cool. Say, watch out for those fanatic German Drivers. I'm wondering: Is there some sort of regulation in Germany that says you can't wear ear buds when riding a bike? I'll betcha it's not permitted auf die Autobahn. Gonna run 'cause it's getting close to Kickoff for SB-XLIII.

The long awaited pictures of where you live! Cold and bare now, but I bet in the spring the countryside will be very pretty.
ReplyDeleteWe just finished watching an awesome Super Bowl game! I was hoping the Cardinals would win, but the Steelers won it fair and square. Some great catches as well as nice pass protection there....all in all fun and engaging to watch. Do you get to see all of the game coverage on the internet including the ads and halftime entertainment? If not, the ads are on NBC.com. A couple were quite entertaining.

Great pics! It looks cold over there. Hopefully it warms up before March. :) (I'd be happy if it only warms up just a few degrees...)
ReplyDeleteFun Super Bowl Sunday - Trevor and I went to Monroe to a friend's house. It was Tyler's (Tessa's Husband) birthday, which made it a little more special.
Trevor's birthday is coming up on February 19th. Any suggestions? I want to plan an outing, but can't think of anything.
